Does GGG have to ko Canelo to win?

Probably unless he does a Gabe Rosado type thing on him,even bent judges couldn't turn that in Canelo favour

 

GGG has wanted this fight for a long time, and he knows the score. He has to win in good fashion. We'll have to see what happens.

i actually think this might be why 3g looked bad at times, becos he was chasing the ko rather than boxing.

 

Golovkin will either have to beat Canelo to a pulp or score at least one thunderous KD or get new judges.

It's clear that ginger has the skills to be competitive and the whiskers to take Golovkin's punch so he's going to need better judges.

The only other thing Golovkin can do is return to his bodywork to slow Canelo down and tire him out. If rounds 10, 11, and 12 had continued in the vein of 7, 8 ,9 Golovkin might just have won that fight. He's got to take away Saul's second wind.
