This controversy is just to build the fight. Team G yesterday didn’t care. Today it’s a different story and Abel is playing #metoo with gloves when he could’ve came out with the gloves story the night of the fight. You people are really gullible.

You overestimate your own cognitive abilities. Dunning-Kruger effect.

I seriously doubt Canelo would be where he is today without PEDs. Certainly he would not be competitive with GGG at middleweight without the chemical assistance we now know he has been using.

I dont think he would lose credibility either way. He makes a stand against a drugs cheat he loses out on a shed load of money and Canelo gets away with it. Nothing is guna get done about it, we will ***** and moan to each other and the casuals will just take what ever the official statements say, and thats if they even know its happened.

So which ever way he chooses to play it its fair enough, personally i still hope he takes the fight. I can understand if he doesnt.

Maybe but he just hit his biggest payday with Canelo so I would do it again if I were in his shoes.

he would be complicit with corruption in the sport for having knowledge of it and still fighting him. corruption will not stop because of love of money. i hope the russians will put a stop to it like their good leader putin is doing.

Everyone seems to agree corruption is rife in boxing. Many seem OK with that, strangely. So is GGG adding to the corruption if he takes the fight now? Is GGG losing standing if he takes what is essentially tainted money? Is GGG himself corrupt if he takes the fight?

I don't think it's really Golovkin's place to decide on stuff like this. Golovkin is not a scientist, he doesn't know how credible the test results are, he doesn't know how the substance may have gotten into Canelo's system, he doesn't know how what effects it may have had. His job is just to fight. It's up to other people to implement and enforce rules about PED's.

Not fighting would be the dumbest thing to do. If you think a guy is juiced 6 months after you fought him he was probably juice in the first fight.

Fight will happen and win or lose Canelo will have the ped hanging over him. He wins there will be people claiming it was the ped. He lose and people will say see what he is without Ped.

    Pressure is all on Canelo.

I went from rooting for Canelo to just sitting back and seeing who winds. I have too much respect for boxers to side with a guy who may have tried to cheat.
