Brook put the blueprint out... All Canelo has to do is follow it, and GGG is ****ed

    Dino?

Are you aware GGG was never floored in over 350 amateur fights? Or 36 pro fights?

Dino let's not act like GGG hasn't been hit. His style leaves him open, and if you watched his fights, he sometimes doesn't mind being hit if it gives him a chance to land his own. The only logical conclusion is GGG has one of the best pound for pound chins in the game, and arguably in the history of the division.

A damn good chin for sure but not the best. I still give that to Provo.

Buckled by a WW? Come on man...

So what? Matt Korobov was never floored as an am. He went 300-12. Fought Andy Lee and got battered.

For sure, but GGG was sharper for Lemieux. His jab was brilliant that night. And if he used it more, would have given Brook the same issues as he landed it hard a few times.

By his own admission, GGG wasn't sharp vs Brook. Yeah, Styles and Brook's speed and defense had something to do with it, but GGG still pinned his man on the ropes and punished him.

At 34, with over 375 total fights, GGG might be slowing down just a bit. We'll see how his speed and snap look in his next fight. I predict it will look better.

Canelo just needs to do what he does best, slip and counter.

Canelo has been fighting fighters who are clearly much faster and more technically sound than GGG, all Canelo needs to do is fight his usual fight: Slip and Counter.

Canelo will be the first man Ggg fights who has a combination of speed, power, explosiveness, and world level experience.

Alvarez has this fight in the bag. Sep.2017 can't come any sooner.

    LOL

All he has to do is slip n counter ? Is that all :qmeparto:

Lemiuex was fast and explosive and was a lot quicker on his feet than Canelo. An old Floyd made a total fool out of Canelo's plodding footwork. Chino had more success than him cutting off Floyd and pinning him against the ropes.
3G will smash to pieces any man who has no back foot game and Canelo has NONE. He'll be flopping about like a fish out of water trying to avoid everything GGG throws at him. Sporadic burst combos won't effect 3G in the slightest. He couldn't even floor Cotto ffs.

The WBC has proud Mexican heritage. Cenelo knew the out come of dumping that belt and he still did it. Running from 3G meant more to him than the pride of his own Country. Thats how terrified he is of that man. He will never , ever get inside the ring with him.

Not sure what you're yapping about. GGG is a come forward fighter, Canelo is multi dimensional but is best as a counter puncher.

GGG getting KO next Sept. Bank on that.

Brook shook his ass and exposed his game but he didn't know it and didn't capitalize on it. Maybe he was too concerned about his eye. Whatever, It was a good fight for me because I got a look into GGG's psychic.

Canelo is a come forward counter puncher . You need to be a stick n move counter puncher to have a chance vs 3G. He has nothing to offer going back and he will be battered backwards from the opening bell.

You actually believe he can beat the guy who he dropped the belt to avoid? Hilarious :meparto::motorino:

Canelo is a much better Fighter than Lemieux for sure, but Lemmy has better footspeed. If GGG was able to control the distance against him, he can easily do the same with Canelo. And you can't Counter when you have to come forward.
