Because lets face it, thats what boxing is about. Its just as much about the events leading up to the fight, than the actual fight. This boxing games, looks boring and ****. Just like all the other boxing games that have been made in history.

The gamers world has the tech, to do this.......so they need to ****ing do it.

I bought it yesterday and I am really enjoying it.

The rosta is really good and champion mode is excellent!

 

All over champion mode! Was gutted when his sentence was up as really enjoyed the bare knuckle fights with the skinheads!! Had one foray into the online arena last night and wore a 1st round ko lol

Also, Andre Bishop (short hair) / Les Ferdinand. Andre Bishop (afro) / David James???

Not sure whether deserve is relevant, he is marketable and as much as he is criticised for it he drums up hype.

I had to watch a CPU vs CPU fight between Haye and Klitschko.

Obviously it means nothing but, just out of interest...

Klitschko knocked out Haye in 6.

 

I am really liking Champion mode.

In the fight where you have to protect the cut, I was ahead on points in the final round but had been hit 14 times on the cut, was coasting to the end, then the bell rings, I drop my hands and get hit after the bell and stopped. :fire

 

i caught matey with a left hook after bout 30 seconds and knocked him clean out

 

I went onto the store and bought a tenners worth of XP points and gave my guy a sick chin and K.O power in both hands. He's still ****, but only 21 in legacy mode so there's more time to develop. Playing it on GOAT mode, my guy, 'Hector Gomez' lol is 6 (5)-5 (1) and all the KOs have been genuine one-shots KOs.

Well, my problem is now that I believe in my characters power too much, and feel I should blow 25-35 ranked opposition away. I just hold down R2 and wing away, my stamina depletes and i end up losing

On GOAT mode you really have to think strategically. It's really hard, I like it.

Bloody frustrating though when you're doing really well and one perfectly times body shot floors ya'. I need to add some points to my fighters 'heart' I think.
