No. If you got a bad chin you get put to sleep and if you get put to sleep how are you meant to find the will to get up. If your not out cold your big heart may give you the drive to beat a 10 count but it doesnt work in a way where it can get your senses back any quicker. One is drive and hunger but the other is physical biology. Youve seen some of those guys falling around on the floor trying to make their arms and legs work so they can get up and carry on getting beaten to a pulp. They are trying they just cant make their body do what they want.

    "Heart"=conscious being's fortitude
"Chin" = head punch resistance. Its hard really hard to determine how much punishment one's head can absorb. I've read it only takes five pounds of force to KO someone, skill/technique/punch delivery>>>Power.

    Defense/ring IQ/mental fortitude >>>"chin"

i agree with cst80 point of view
    they are linked
fighters with the same grade chin but different degrees of heart leads to completley different fights and results

for heart i catorgarise it as willpower/will to win/will to survive makes a huge difference in fights.

if i use buster douglas as an example

v holyfield a caught by a holyfield shot he went down and stayed down his heart not in it

v tyson he was willing to suck it up /fight fire with fire /drag himself off the canvas and ko tyson the next round.

same fighter in consecutive fights showing heart and will to win and then laying down not showing any heart or will to win at all .

    but the same chin.

Continuing with the video game analogy, Khan is one of those characters in beat 'em ups who are really fast, but can only take a few hits before they go down.

Heart= getting up when you get put down.

Chin= not getting put down in the first place.

A bad chin puts you down. A big heart gets you back up.

not entirely, but i think in certain situations it can. ive been hit in the head hard enough to lose consciousness a few times. when there was no continuing danger, my instinct was to try to get low so i didnt hurt myself as i blacked out, when i was in danger of serious injury if i passed out, my mind was screaming to fight the oncoming tunnel vision that comes on when youre about to blackout, and i managed to stay conscious. i suppose heart is just fighting through the fog even when you know there is no continuing danger, its just your instinct to fight.

    Balls>>>> Heart

If you don't drain your ballz they weigh three X's more than your Heart and Chin.

Amir Khan quit wanking it on the laptop and look how KO Lo Greco better than Spence.
