With training such as that I would advise that more training at current would not be beneficial. What you should do is rest that particular joint atleast for a period of time to let the tendons and ligaments recover.
yeah about the shoulder, i have taken nearly a week off through work commitments, and it seems to have eased off considerably. i just hope that next week when i start again it doesn't flare up again. If it does then i think i will take the advice of GNARL and visit the doc. Cheers guys.
