Hopkins does not deserve it..............BUT, if hopkins is willing to fight in wales, i don't see a reason why it should not happen, sure hopkins is a dick, but get joe infront of 50,000 fans, the ref that did the hatton, paulie fight, an i think this would be good fight to watch,,,,if hopkins wants to take 70/30 a fight in wales, then let be...

only if we get a ref that doesn't let hopkins hold like a *** whenever he feels a little tired or fall for the fake lowblows. :good

then we can watch the old man quit on his stool through exhaustion.

if joe's going to fight again, fight dawson. put something fresh on the CV.

After what he showed in the Pavlik fight he does, however there are others more deserving of a fight with Calzaghe.

Don't care to see one. Be a repeat of the first fight. Besides, either drop the seniors tour, fight a live body, or retire already...

I say yes he does deserve it based on the slight controversy of the first win for Calzaghe (no controversy to me, but some others thought B-hop won). But mainly for me the fact he beat Pavlik so convincingly and impressively and did not hold like against Calzaghe and presumably was better conditioned as he didn't tire against Pavlik. I mean everyone was going on about Calzaghe facing Pavlik but since Bhop beat him so impressively then why not give him a 2nd shot.

    No.

**** Hopkins, he doesn't deserve it because he stunk the arena out that night with his constant spoiling and cheating tactics all night.

His blatant disrespect toward Calzaghe after the fight also didn't win him any favours.

I just saw the replay of Jones/Joe fight.. Im sorry ..Im not a fan of Joe but hes just too fast for BHOP at any stage..slaps and all. throws too much punches. He's cunning as well, he outsmarted HOP. Thinka bout that.

Im afraid the result will even be wider this time around. Id still love to see it though. Joe has no reason to fear.

as i said before if everyone had calzaghes attitude there would never be rematches in the sport regardless of controversial endings. Joe frazier detested (and probably still does) ali but still gave him the rematch even after he beat him the first time
