Fury should be the favorite in the rematch. But assuming Wlad was able to beat him, now he'd have an even harder time unifying. He'd be 40 by the time he got some belts back, with clear signs of decay. It could take him years to navigate all the boxing politics to unify two more belts, which I highly doubt he has. If he beats Fury in the rematch, does he immediately retire, or does he still try to unify?
From what I've heard, he's going to unify/ Maybe they want to do it in shortest route like this: Wlad wins the rematch, Wilder avoids Povetkin and fights Martin/Glazkov winner, and then Wlad fights the winner and the unified WBC/IBF champ. If not, then I don't know how long it takes to unify...42 or 43 y.o. Wlad would be clearly slower than he is today and his chances would be slim.
The IBF title has just become meaningless. Whoever holds the title isn't really a true champ. As of right now, Tyson Fury is the true champ of the division, and any belt that isn't held by him, may as well be a belt from Wal-Mart.
I kind of hope the Martin Glaskov fight is a draw and then the IBF makes Klitschko Fury 2 for the vacant belt
