Does it blow anyone else minds that Don King and Bob Arum are both still alive and promoting?

Both 93 years young, think of how many of their former clients they've actually outlived at this point.

Last I recall was a year or two ago Don King promoted some disastrous card for maybe some kind of interim belt or something involving … was it Travis Kaufman?

Arum is a figurehead with Top Rank. He doesn’t run the company anymore. Just there as sort of an emeritus title guy who does interviews from time to time.

    You beat me to it.

Those two have sterling accommodations prepared in Satan's Palace.

Wouldn't be shocked if the secret to their longevity was some nefarious rituals they take part in. Both guys are money grubbing scumbags who'd probably run over the last bald eagle on Earth for a quarter.

Very much so. I've been surprised a couple of times that Don King was still alive. Bob Arum too.

Arum still has juice. King doesn't. King is objectively the more rotten human being.

Not really. They say the best way to live long is staying busy and Arum and King are the definition of staying busy. Arum and King also took better care of themselves over the years than most of their clients.

It's actually ridiculous. Men born in the Hoover administration shouldn't be still promoting championship matches during Trump's second term.

BOTH ARE SEVENTEEN PRESIDENCIES OLD. (including several who served twice)

They lived enough to be involved in boxing from when it was controlled by the american mob, to entering an era where it's being run by a Saudi Sheikh.

They were both players when Muhammad Ali was in his prime, and they're both still in the game while Ali's grandson is already washed up. :sisi1

Arum and King were both boxing powerhouses before Dick Clark began hosting New Year's Rockin' Eve.

Clark has been dead for thirteen years, and Ryan Seacrest has been the host for nineteen - because Clark was too decrepit and old to do it.
