I can understand if it was a bodbuilding competition but cannot understand why it is relevant here, hence the reason I made this topic, hoping someone could enlighten me.

I should also point out that I am a fan of both Mayweather and Pacquiao. I have not bothered getting involved in all that crap about Mayweather being scared or Pacquaio being on steroids as it is all just speculation. Only they and those close know the real reasons. In other words, Floyd and Pac fans chill out - I am not hating on either of them. They are the two best boxers of this generation. The only way we are going to know who is #1 is if they get it on of course.

Well if pac is taking peds he will be able to train longer/harder which will obviously make him better than he would have been without them on fight night

What's wrong with able to train longer/harder? Is that considered cheating?

Your question sucked ass, but your observation is keen.

But if you must know my reasoning for being a dick, in this particular instance, it is because I find the question extremely offensive. Some are just closer to the boxing game than others I guess.

    Another keen observation. Well done.

That was a terrible analogy on my behalf. Poker is child's play compared to boxing. Cheating in Poker can cost another money, cheating in boxing can cost another's life! Do you seriously need this **** explained to you?

Allow me to demonstrate a better analogy: If someone shows up to a paint ball gun fight with real bullets, what does it matter, if they all have the same amount of bullets?

    Better?

So if the guy on steroids wins, he's number one? What if the guy that loses is killed? Wouldn't that make the number one guy in your eyes more like a murderer?

well theoretically, you could say that due to the weight divisions- roids wouldnt help- because there is a limitation on how much size you can put on, unlike the nfl where more mass helps to a fair extent.

but- i could see how certain types of roids could be used to gain greater muscle percentage, lower fat, train longer, give greater stamina , beta blockers, etc, train thru pain, but geez. i mean it could make u stronger and give u a better punch- but boxing isnt as physical a sport as people think- what i mean is- its not the guy with the bigger muscles and the better physique that wins. in fact its hardly the case- its a skill sport, so i dont know if steroids in boxing would help as much as say, steroids in badminton. at the end of the day- the more skilled guy wins- hardly the stronger guy. there are exceptions of course. im just saying.

    Of course it matters...

If a substance allows you to train harder than you would have trained had you not been on that sibstance, it's an unfair advantage. No doubt about it.

I've already told you guys. If Mayweather really believes that Pacquiao uses steroids then why the hell won't Floyd use it too and fight the latter. I know that it's sound a little crazy but to end this long controversy I suggest both of them to use steroids and fight each other.:lol::lol:
