    I'm going to say that regardless of how good a fighter Tucker turns out to be the answer is no. As the OP said, Tucker is only 20. He is also 5' 11" tall. My guess is that he grows out of the welterweight division long before he has a chance to take it over.

    No. There are better fighters than him at 147. He's doesn't punch very hard and he doesn't have a very good offense or defense.

    Boots is better in every way.
