Both PED cheats. Their careers are irrelevant.

i cant give him credit for #4 if i think he was cheating, and he went out of his way to appear like he was. i still had him ahead in the rivalry before the last fight.

#4 was a weird fight. Scorecard wise it was the most decisive for Manny, but at the same time it was the most decisive win for Marquez.

I'm a big Pacman fan but I felt like it was a good ending to the rivalry. Can't take the happiness away from Marquez. The emotions he showed in triumph are second only to Provodnikov.

    YES!

Marquez has always been the better boxer but in the 4th fight he was also stronger. He was punching like never before. Even though his nose was farked and the guy was wobbly he was just not going to lose. It looked like he was going to lose.Where did that immense power come from? WHOA! pulled it out of the hat, out of no where. Incredible shot.

all fights were competitive but i feel the clearest victorys go both to marquez

clear win in the 3rd fight

and a KO definitive stamp with the 4th

Marquez has refused some huge money to fight a rematch with Pac. He knows the truth...........................Pac would knock Marquez out in a rematch, was on his way to a knockout in their last fight and got careless, but look who Marquez' conditioning coach was!

In terms of p-4-p legacy, I don't see Marquez as catching up to him. Pacquiao just has the superior resume. Barrera, Morales, Cotto, Bradley, etc.--I don't see anything Marquez competes with there.

No. It was one of the possible outcomes between these two. It could go either way, they are that close.

he didnt knock marquez out in the rematch... actually if anything over the course of their 4 fights marquez adapted much better...

not only could he not knock marquez out in the rematch he could not knock him out in the third rubbermatch or the 4th fight which no one asked for :rofl

it actually posed more questions on the great marquez and the sport. he was beyond his weight limit and age and he was able to kd and ko him which he never did in their past three fights when he was younger and faster (more prime).

Well considering the question marks surrounding Pacquiao that seems a little harsh.
