Judah did make it the distance with Lucas. As much as I hate to say things for Zab, he's been in excellent physical condition and he's still quick and got pop. I can't take that away from him. I assume Garcia wins, but I think this will be a boring as **** match. Garcia is a counter-puncher. Zab is a counter-puncher. I'm thinking it might just go the way of waiting to wait, round after round. I hope Garcia takes it to him though. That would be nice. Maybe he's got the confidence and will for that, after his last two. Zab always has that chance lingering but the fact that he's lost all five of his last five fights with championship names makes it so very unlikely, coupled with the fact that Garcia's got a seemingly very good beard and the faded version of Holt has a similar clever, quick punch to the very faded Judah's and he didn't put him in jeopardy either makes me think if Zab catches him well, his puncher's chance is very, very slim anyway. Well, he's quite obviously not, but okay.
I actually think this is the wrong fight for garcia, and even though everyone thinks zab should get steamrolled, i strongly believe zab can and will avoid that left hook fairly easily. Also, I cant remember a fight zab lost where he wasnt pressured beyond belief, ive never seen garcia put that kind of pressure on anyone to make them fold like the kind zab needs to be beat, also garcia isnt fast, and this whole power thing only showed up in his last few fights, one being khans china and morales's old beard. We do know however that zab can land a punch on garcia even with his deteriorated speed hes still one of the fastest at 140, more accurate, and garcia doesn't have a particularly notable jab to disrupt zab too much. It just seems the more i think about it, the easier i see it for judah. that being said, i would say "all zab has to do is..." but zab seems not almost never be able to keep his dam composure
This content is protected "Not bad" You see why Judah felt insulted by the Garcia's... the guy has faced some of the best (although loosing to them) Khan's style is a pisstake for Judah to deal with. I'm giving Judah abit of a shot despite the major weaknesses he holds. Question: What the F8ck happens if Judah wins? What's for Mattysse? What's for Khan? What fights will go down LOL rematches? Garcia needs to win to keep things simple..
Lol why do people think danny has mike tyson power in his left hook? And you DKSAB If u think Zab is gonna get caught with that anyway. He's a SOUTHPAW who circles left. Not to mention he uses the shoulder roll. Throwing the left hook is the stupidest thing danny can do against Zab. Think Cotto! Zabs left uppercut is the xfactor here. Dannys fight against kendell holt tells me zab should win.
You make a great point. I rewatched Cotto-Judah, and every time cotto threw a wide left hook, Judah would roll his right shoulder, and shoot the left uppercut. Garcia needs to look out of this.
As far as Judah's chances go, Angel Garcia said it best: "Zab got 4 rounds in him". If Zab can land that counter uppercut he may make this interesting. However, I think Garcia has a pretty good chin on him, which may nullify any of Judah's chances.
Zab has to stay in a boxing mode and use his speed and experience and swell up Danny. The instant he starts to slug or if the distance closes fast Zab will not win. I just don't think Danny is that great and Zab has a chance here.
Judah should not trade with this guy. He should make Garcia be the aggressor and make him pay with counter shots.
I think Judah is going to try to box Garcia from the outside and not get caught into any exchanges. If he can do that and stay disciplined and reserve his energy for 12 rounds, i think he has a great shot. People are making Garcia out to be some amazing fighter. I don't think he is. He beat a shot Morales. Big deal. He beat Khan, who has great raw talents but fights like he has zero ring IQ. He's just like Berto. Judah still has fast hands and his left is very lethal.
