It depends on a few factors. What shot he's hit with, the timing, location, angle of the punch, the follow up if it hurts Khan. It's not just pure power. You wouldn't think by watching Tyson-Ruddock 2 that Ruddock could be taken out quickly by Lewis, or that Tyson would get stopped by lesser punchers like Holyfield and Douglas. Or Kalambay being taken out by one Nunn shot after watching his other fights.

^This. Judah has much better technique than Maidana and can do a much better job of placing his shots on target. However, I've learned never to bet on Judah in big fights, so I'm going sit back and see whose chin gets checked first.
Better finisher and his punches are less telegraphed than madana. It's the ones you don't see that hurt you most.
Maybe just about the same overall. Judah's punch has more velocity and Maidana maybe a tad harder. Same effect. If Judah lands, he has that speed and urgency to finish off Amir.
his punches are better timed and that wins fights ,we will see how khan reacts when he's hit with that thunder left hand of judah and it will land sometime doing the fight.
:huh maidana was catching Morales and Khan with nasty uppercuts. In the commentary Jones even said that Khan needs to block Maidana's uppercut.
Khan has to be on his game for this fight. Judah has great speed and his power at 140 is dangerous to any opponent. This will get very interesting after the 7 and 8 rounds and see whos better condition. But Khan should be very careful, even Floyd was caught by surprise and even knockdown with a flash hit but not counted by the ref in their fight. Zab seems ready.
Maidana has sweeping, clubbing punches that hurt down to your toes. He throws himself into his shots, and even if you see it coming and block it'll probably push you backwards. He attacks like he's chopping down a tree, confident that it'll eventually fall under the barrage. Judah has sharp, explosive, pinpoint shots that can catch you completely unprepared. I think Judah's style of power is more dangerous for someone who comes lunging in...and unfortunately, one of Khan's main problems is the way he sometimes overextends when he jumps in with his ambush style combinations. It'll be interesting to see if he tightens his defence for this match.
