    The Perdomo fight might be a good idea before the tournament, with his long break and all? Would be crazy if WBA demanded a Green or Bute fight for Kessler sometime next year? Or somebody else...

    Kessler could just vacate the belt and fight a bum as a warm up.

    Better than he looks -two narrow points losses to German fighters in Germany (one being Dimitri Sartison who is also very underrated) and a tko 2 win over Valazco (former WBO titleholder who lost a SD to Sturm and pts losses to Brähmer and Larsen (Even Abraham didn't KO him until 5, but then again when has Abraham fought serious until rd 5?)).
    Also did better against another guy than Ghevor did against the same guy.

    Basically - good fighter, bad matching.
