Pac's handspeed isnt even his best attribute, dont build him up to be that. I'd say Judah and Mosley at 135 both had faster speed than Pac, and I'd say Khan rivals them both. And you know how much of a Khan hater I am. He's a joke.
I have never intimated that I think Pac's handspeed is his best attribute - but that's totally irrelevant anyway. He is faster than Amir Khan and will prove it if they ever fight. Judah and Mosley were fast, but not Pacquiao fast. Remember, Pac is a lower weight fighter naturally. You'll see how fast he is against Hatton, the difference will be quite shocking. Hatton thought Mayweather was fast?? Wait till he's in the ring with a former flyweight world champ who peaked around 126-130lbs. Pacquiao is a buzzbomb. I know you hate him, but his speed cannot be denied. Khan looked rapid against a shot and rusty 35 year old. Think about it.
Khan looked rapid against Pacquiao in sparring. Sure, Pac nailed him with a sweet counter uppercut. But he wasnt faster than Khan, way more accurate, way more powerfull, way more explosive. He wasnt faster.
Sparring isn't boxing though. If it isn't full throttle, it means nothing. Exact same as football teams playing friendlies.

Even Diaz stated that he doesnt look fast on tape but in the ring, his speed is on a different level, he just doesnt throw fast fancy harmless combos, if he did that you wouldnt see his hands. Theres a tape of Pac training a couple of years back on yt that shows his handspeed.
