Khan is faster than Pac-Man, but so is Valero. Speed and quickness are different though. Pac's reflexes are faster but not combination speed. Two different things. Pac's way faster with his feet.

Khan is faster imo. He's a bit like a young De La Hoya but less power. The difference between Pac and Khan is that Pac commits himself to the punch more, throws his whole body into the punch.

    I agree with that assesment.
Khan reminded me somewhat of Joe Calzaghe with the way he used his speed to throw flurries, but not a whole lot behind them.....

With Pac's speed, theirs real leverage and force behind it.

    Its called quickness......
.....Pac is quicker to get to the point, Khan is faster, which is generally equated with combinations.

Freddie Roach: "His speed is his asset, he has faster handspeed than Manny"

Dinamita: "He is faster than Amir Khan and will prove it if they ever fight. Judah and Mosley were fast, but not Pacquiao fast."

But, such a dilemma, who to believe? The guy who trains both fighters or the guy who posts on the internet a lot? :think

Valero is definatley not faster then Pac Or Khan, but yeah i'd say Khan's faster then the 09' Pac....don't think he's faster then the prime version though, but he's much smaller so i guess that would be expected

Khan is faster than pac in terms of handspeed but i will disagree with the footwork. Pac is still faster in his feet.

AGAIN when it comes to Pac you're wrong and no doubt you'll argue with Freddy Rocah again won't you, I give you:

"He holds his own with Manny in sparring for three rounds, and if he can do that with Manny, he can do it with anyone in the world [around his weight limit]. He's also the only person who can keep up with Pacquiao running. His speed is his asset, he has faster handspeed than Manny, and a fantastic jab, and like Manny, has the right style to beat Barrera."

You seem to come across as a guy with a bit of knowledge but damn if you don't have a hard-on for Pac. I await your latest argument with Roach.

righ, having ben lucky enough to see them sar together, Yes Amir is a lot and i mean 'a lot' faster then PACMAN, doesnt mean that he would win, because many has far more advantags than a defcit of speed. For the record, MAB was also not in his prime against Manny so dont give me that crap, If and i mean IF PAC destroys Hatton (whicj incidentally i dont tink he will do) then you can talk about a massacre against Khan. I mean Hatton is pretty slow in compariosn and is Pac cant keep him offf then no chance with Khan , sorry but true
