Does Khan really deserve the respect he's getting?

"I was out-boxing Canelo for six rounds, so I can go straight into another big fight. So I don't think the Kell Brook fight will happen."

    What a *****.

Hatton was in worse condition. But the way Khan went down eerily reminded me of Joey Gamache hitting the ground after those 3 brutal shots from a blown up Gatti.

He gets props for taking the fight but he still got iced. Iced with one shot. He has to apply for credit recovery lol.

Yep. And, this is where Khan consistently lets himself down; with his delusional self image.

On this occasion, though, I think he might actually have outdone himself - there wasn't a single moment in the fight when he looked like he might be able to outbox Canelo.

Perhaps he's unraveling, in the wake of a career in tatters and the dawning prospect of his only option being Kell Brook.

Didn't Kell Brook, the guy that Khan ducked, beat Matthew Hatton far worse than Canelo did?

How green was Canelo then? Would Hatton even last one round with this Canelo? No chance.

Nah not really. Can't respect a guy who only wanted a payday. Kahn cashed out.

Wasn't Brook at about the same stage as Alvarez at the point when he fought Hatton as well?

He would sparf bigger blokes for nothing , getting paid an obscene amount , to try and go the distance with one , was / is a no brainer

It was never going to hurt , in fact more enhance his carreer , so it was win win . To fight Brook is a gamble , he wins great ,, if he loses he's finished .. Khan just got paid from what i read 6 million to effevtivly get a get out of jail card , because he certainly would'nt of got paid big money to fight anyone but a bogeyman ,, Now people will say he deserves a easy fight to comeback ,
