    Does he?

Not gonna be easy to beat Rigo...

U sure as **** ain't gonna outbox the Cubano...

Leo would apply effective pressure, should be able to stand Rigos punches... he would just MAUL Rigo give him not room to breathe...

It could go like Margo/Cotto1. Leo pressuring, getting countered early, losing rounds but gaining momentum and eventually the pressure folds Rigo and he gets stopped...

Rigo would outbox him for 12 rounds
No way Rigo slows down like Cotto and if he slows he will clinch and all sorts way too smart

Wouldnt be suprised if Rigo stopped him late

Im not sure how they would look side by side, id want to see the dimensions of the two next to eachother before I made an actual pick on it, but man, just off the top of the head one would have to think this has the makings of a classic.

Love it. I'd give the benefit of the doubt to Rigo, but Santa Cruz can win. FOTY caliber matchup.

It would be a great style matchup. Both guys would be able to expose the other guys weakness. It could be like the first Martinez vs. Williams fight. Volume punchers are susceptible to counter shots, counter punchers are susceptible to getting out worked by volume punchers.

It's possible, but I doubt if we will see Rigo fighting anytime soon...........

I think Rigondeaux would take it but he would have a much harder time beating Santa Cruz than Donaire would have. Santa takes too many shots to be able to withstand Donaire's power.

No, even Mares has more of a shot, Santa Cruz is coming on well but is too undeveloped.

Rigo would embarrass him, much as I love Santa Cruz.

He's just a little too porous defensively.

It depends of how good is LSC chin: if Rigo's left hand makes LSC to worry about it in first round the fight will be for Rigo. If LSC is able to close the distance, avoid or tolerate Rigo's left and chop his body... thrn LSC.

I'd like to see LSC vs Kiko Martinez too. Or LSC vs Frampton.

Hell no Rigo is a stylistic nightmare for Cruz. Who would be bothered by Rigo's movement and ring generalship. He would reduce Cruz' work rate and make him fight his fight by entering a boxing match rather than a brawl and after that he's done.

I don't know gents but I think the kid has a shot but like Pimp C said, If Rigo makes him fight his fight then it kinda down hill but if Rigo can't suppress the calculated aggression of Leo then it's a different ballgame. I haven't seen Rigs perform in the middle of an earthquake. It would be a great fight and needs to be made because Leo said he was moving up after a couple of fights. He stands 5' 7" and Rigs is 5' 5". Not sure about the reach but I think Leo has a couple of inches on Rigs.
