Does Liston have a case as a greater HW than Holyfield?

Holyfield beat at least 5 men who at one time or another held the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world. Beat a guy who held the light heavyweight and cruiserweight title as well when he defeated Qawi. I don't know if Liston can compete with that resume

 

He would make Liston look kind of stiff.

 

Vander had to juice up to approximate Liston's natural physique.

Like I said above, Qawi would have been a HW in Liston’s day. He would have been a top light heavyweight and heavyweight. And had Liston beat a 190 pound Qawi, that would have been one of the best wins of Liston’s career.

 

I mean, anybody has a case of being better than Holy, because Evan Fields did all the heavy lifting. It is what it is.

In terms of people they beat--no. Holy was head and shoulders better, regardless of how he got there.

 

But this is cause he had his lifetime subscription to title shots plus. He was .500 in these fights and did those things because he had oppurtunity most other HW boxers do not get. Thats my main gripe with Holy(I let the steroids pass) the main reason for his feats is he got more chances then anyone who ever lived not being better then them.
