Does Loma now get some love from some of the naysayers?

I thought Linares was impressive tonight. More impressive than I thought he would be. But I was equally impressed with Loma for bouncing back after what had to have been a wake-up-call KD. Linares was hitting harder when he landed but Loma was landing more often and more precisely.

I think Loma would be foolish to move up to 140 any time soon, if at all. It's not as though Loma is a younger guy growing into his body. He is a grown man. The ONLY reason he would go higher would be for ego gratification and it would be a mistake.

I think Linares proved tonight size does matter, because with that size comes power. If Loma fights Mikey he has to do it at 135. At 140 I would have to favor Mikey, even though Linares is faster than Mikey. After all, Linares proved it is about timing, not speed, when it came to knocking down Loma. And Mikey has impeccable timing.
