mayweather is on his way down, maidana is on his way up. let maidana use his gloves and he can put a loss on mayweathers perfect record :)

Not really. He made it rough, tough and close but he lost.

Only rematch I'd want to see Floyd have is with Cotto since he's been rejuvenated. I'd like Floyd to finish out his career with Cotto in September, Bradley/Thurman in May, and Pacquiao in September.

There are more opponents deserving of a shot.....in rematch I think it will be just more of the same as Maidana cannot change much.
He can just be more aggressive which I don't think will make a substantial difference!!!

He's the only fighter to legitimently blemish Floyd on the cards

Oscar getting the nod on one card and Alvarez pulling even on one was bull

Maidana getting 6 rounds was a good card

He fought a great fight and I'd like a rematch

I think Floyd wins again but why not, not like there's an obvious choice out there

Maidana vs Bradley with the winner possibly fighting Floyd. I had the Floyd vs Maidana fight even, most seemed to have it for Floyd (but generally close). I think Maidana needs 1 big win (preferably by KO) to get back in the mix for a rematch.

I don't see why not. Floyd is not getting any younger and Maidana can still fight the same fight.

I had Mayweather winning 115-113. Sure it was close and tough but a clear victory for Mayweather. I'd rather see Mayweather fight someone else.

Of course he does. The only people saying otherwise are those who no longer have any faith in him knocking out their hated boogeyman and so with ants in their pants they've all moved on eagerly to find the next hope to rally around, championing him as the savior that will deliver us all from that evil Mayweather! :|
