It's not always about how hard you can hit. As Mayweather himself reminded us all on December 8th, a punch that's well timed and fast can be just as devestating. I think it was more a case of timing than anything, although I don't think that Khan's chin is iron, either.

I'de say he definately has the power.. Whether Khan would put himself in a position to get KO'd would be another question.. I think after the Limond shock they've concentrated alot on his defense..

i dont know why everyone slates khans chin, llimmond caught him on the back of the head and he unbalanced at the time and it wasnt even on the chin,

im surprised at the brits on here that hate him. i think its due to that he is not a " pure " brit

I think Malinaggi would hit Khan hard enough to hurt him , he'd hit him regulary enough to hurt him too . Whether he'd ko him or not I'm not really sure but I think he could definitely stop him .

This wasn't the first time Khan has been on the floor. One other flash knockdown as a pro, and in his last amateur bout he was put on his arse, and hurt. Frank Warren has always known his vulnerabilities, that's why he has only faced guys with limited power.
As for Khan not being a "pure" brit, you're way off the mark.

khan isnt a pure brit? since when?

khan is part of the biggest boxing hype train there is that's why a lot of brits give him ****. prime time saturday night major tv channel showing him knocking out bums doesnt help

however, a lot of people are respecting his post 10 fight opposition - its a lot tougher than most prospects face

Khan wears a Pakistan gumshield.. he obviously doesn't consider himself as British as fighters like Calzaghe & Hatton do..

Khan faced Limond/Earl in his first 15 fights, a decent fighter in Scott Lawton, and some fairly decent journeymen.

Audley faced who in his first 20 fights?

Khan likes a tear-up, that kid had alot of heart and isn't afraid to get hit, even if his chin isn't the strongest, against Limond he took alot of flush punches AFTER the KO, on the chin and took them well. He was KO'd but because of a blow to the back of the head, and then limond just got 4-5 more blows in. He got up and finished the job, yet there's still hate towards him.

Why do people want him to be "exposed" :?

Malignaggi couldn't punch a hole in a new laid egg....

But yeah, he could KO Khan.

That was against Craig Watson whose currently knocking out a few fighters, and got a TKO against Nuumembe who beat Kevin Anderson, he's underated.

Na, In reality he probably couldn't. He could Knock Khan down if he landed the right shot, but not finish him.
