DLH was ready to go down that's why he quit. I don't think he never felt the punching power of Pac as he holds or use the ropes to protect himself from falling. Also, Manny had already shown his power to Cotto, what more he has to prove if he can hurt a Floyd?
it depends on floyds chin but i doubt it will stand up to any clean shots too well. thing is, with oscar pac never sat down on his punches and used his legs. his only concern was to tag oscar and then move out, tag him move out etc. if u look at the hatton punch pac is fully sitting down on that one and the punch is delivered upwards. he tried the same with cotto many times but just never connected. if pac throws while sitting down, anyone in welterweight is at least getting dazed.
At 126, sparring at Wild Card with big gloves and headgear, watched Pac routinely break ribs 'n drop 'n flatten quality welters.
