Well, do you think criticizing amounts to ridiculing a fighter???

No....PAC just has a GREAT one. One that is probably the best in his era...actually that is without question. Beating DLH was a terrific accomplishment given the fact that DLH is a natrual WW even though he hadn't made the weight in 7 yrs. But DLH was far from Shot. he had just preformed against a very capable stevie forbes and completely dominated only 3 pounds heavier.

Having NOT fighting a Southpaw in 12 yrs is of little merrit. DLH is a 6 divison world champion fighting ELITE fighters everytime out since god knows when. He had little wear on his body due to fighting once or twice a year at most and never taking a beating before PAC.

JMM beat a very OLD Casamayor yet that win seemed to hold a lot of substance to many....As did PAC's win over a Younger, larger and more skillful DLH. So to answer your question again...No...PAC doesn't have the greatest resume...he probably never will. But there will be few who will ever come close to what PAC has built in his boxing career that is for sure!

lol....I think any "FAN" of a fighter will in some way shape or form "overrate" their guy. That is a given. Boxing "Fans' are some of the most passionate and emotionally attached fans in all of sports. I think you are just on a mission to discredit PAC on all levels for reasons that are having more to do with personal issues than anything with any real substance or facts. It's obvious you are a "FAN" of anther fighter...one who PAC has beat in one way shape or form! And it comes across in your threads...CLEARLY! You are guilty as any "PAC FAN" you are trying to put on blast. Be easy son.....that's why it's better to be a fan of boxing moreso than any ONE fighter.

Ridiculing a fighter comes with a "Negitive" foundation with emotional ties. Criticizing a fighter can be seen as negitive but has validity to what is spoken. So there is a big difference to ridicule vs to critique.

Pac man has done alot but he did get a lesson from morrales i know em lost the 2nd and 3rd fight but by this time he was shot! and i honestly think pac lost the 2 fights with jmm, dlh was completly shot against pac and i honestly think hatton will stop pac, but he is one of the greates of our time moving through 7 wieght classes wow, that deserves respect

I dont agree that EM was shot given his preformance with David Diaz (which I felt he won) and DLH having just faught Stevie a few months before at the weight of 151 and looked very far from Shot. But the fight with EM he did loose in a close fight.

I think that made him better...as did the close fights with JMM. PAC owes a lot to the greats he faught and the wars they gave him b/c as you can see....PAC has transformed from a very Raw one demensional fighter to a versitle complete fighter. Hatton can stop PAC. He's bigger, stronger and WW King.....I just feel that there are some fighters who only come round every so often that are truly special, who defy logic and odds to overcome what most seem to be impossible.

I believe PAC along with Floyd are two of these kinds of special breed of fighters/boxers respectively. I think he will defy odds which should have Hatton as the favorite. I just hope to see a great fight at the end of the day but I would be lieing if I said I wasn't hoping to see something special from PAC at the same time.

Yes it can, if criticism was done with the intent of belittling, mocking making fun or laughing at somebody instead of making a fair assessment or judgement and recommending corrections if needed.

agree on this one. pac about 2-3 more years left to add to his legacy. as far as i am concerned, in he is the top dog in the pac, mab, em, jmm quad of elite fighters in their generation.

Dlh was near shot, and Casamayor was near shot also when they faced Pac and J.M.M. PAc nor Marquez get credit for their wins over those guys from me, or any sane fan who saw Dlh and Casa fight in their prime.

Sorry, but this sad attempt and guess falls short of logic:lol:. You can be a fan of a fighter, and be objective. Just look at how you are guessing about me, and defending PAc lol... Pac fanatics aren't objective. Pac has not beaten Floyd or Art Abraham so throw that "fan of another fighter...Pac has beaten in one way shape or form" guess out of the window lol:nut. I'm a fan of PAc's and a critic, get over it.
