I dont think so, that said, Pac will have to work for his win, he still has to go out there and beat Marg, who was a top fighter, still is in some peoples eyes, he should get credit for that imo, I guess it will depend on how! impressive Margarito is, if he lets Pac smack him about, then people will claim he was shot.

I thought Clottey's style suited Pac, but I also felt that because of how long, big Clottey was, that he could make it uncomfortable for Pac, albeit Manny would still win, he did not even do that as he showed Pac too much respect, if he had of made it a that kinda fight, the way he did against Cotto, Pac would of got more respect for the win.

I'm just saying, there is a short list of fighters they are interested in and I feel he is going to want to best PBF by beating Mosely possibly by stoppage.

Well, the poll results so far show that a lot of fans think that Margarito stands a very good chance. How can any consider this "cherry picking" then? If this fight was TRULY a cherry picked fight, 80-90% of the fans would voted that Margarito has no chance.

I can understand the anger over Pacman fighting for the 154 title at a catchweight which is utter bull**** and Margarito getting this shot at Pacman but the opponent itself isn't. In the end, many of us might look stupid again as Pacman just runs over Margarito but heading into the fight, you have to say Margarito isn't some cherry picked punk. A cherry picked opponent has literally no chance heading into a fight.

Mosley took until the later rounds to dismantle the guy. Mosley who is highly regarded by Floyd fans primarily because Floyd fought him.

Margarito is a live dog here, because of his size, toughness and style. Cotto had the same advantages that Pacquiao has, better boxing skills, faster. Hell, Cotto can box and move better moving backwards than Pacquiao, did it matter he won the first six rounds by a mile when Margarito soldiered on like a train freight until Cotto succumbed at the end?

Well, If I knew exactly how hard Margarito hits then I would give a strong answer, but I don't because of the plaster. If Margarito's true power is like say against Cintron I say he has a good chance, but If his power isn't anywhere near of hitting like that then he has no chance. I banking that his power has been fake all this time and basically the plaster gave him that type of power.

Well, no **** we'll find out.  Like I just said we will see if Margarito's power has been great this whole time or if it was about as fake as his win against Cotto.

Silly ****ing question really. Margarito might very well win this. Margarito is not a bum and Pacquiao is not a god. Margarito was a titlist in every year from 2002 to 2009. After winning ten world title fights, he's owned three of the four major welterweight titles. He beat Sergio Martinez, Joshua Clottey, Kermit Cintron twice and Miguel Cotto. To suggest that at 151 pounds he doesn't stand a chance against Manny Pacquiao is really ****ing stupid. "AGH, he's a **** boxer!" Get the **** out of here. Hate him all you want, I could give a **** less, but let's not be ridiculous. This is a good fighter.

I think you're off by a couple rounds. I think Pac will look really good for about 5 rounds, and then the tide will start to turn.

However, I have to admit that it's damn hard to pick against Pac at this points. His last few fights shold have been at least competetive. They weren't.

Very surprised by the poll results so far. Not long ago it seemed like only a few of us were giving Margarito a chance. What seemed like the majority at the time(the doubters) are actually a small minority here!
