Does Margarito Qualify for the Ring Belt if he Beats Mosley?

If trying to secure a fight for Pavlik w/ Williams, and having Williams **** it up after a lot of works' been done to get it made, then why shouldn't he have reserve the right to not want to do business with Wiliams? You have no idea what Arum or his mgmt went through w/ the Pavlik fight.

Cotto vs. Margarito was bigger of the two fights. Obviously the one Arum wanted. But he didn't sue. SO you have no point.

Cotto-Margo was the bigger fight and he knew Williams would probably beat Margo (therefore messing up his plans) thats why he was going to sue until he stopped by the WBO Mando.

There's no justifying what Arum is doing. He's pushing Williams out of the division and that's a fact. Arum has all the control with his fighters at the top of the division.
