Does Marquez have the deadliest uppercut of the last 30 years?

He and Margarito have some very nice uppercuts. I dont really know of anyone that throws it better than JMM. He throws it from way outside and also inside with both hands very well. The precision is deadly. His fight with Jandaeng is probably the best display of uppercuts i have ever seen.

One thing I noticed is that he didnt throw that punch much against Pac in the second fight. I just got done rewatching it and Nacho told him over and over in the corner to throw that right uppercut cause Pac was rushing in with his head down. He didnt throw many but when he did he would always snap Pacs head back. He needs to implement them in the 3rd fight more.

 

Name someone who throws them better at the moment. or recently.

dude said 30 years so bozooka and jcc. jmm throws a mean uppercut but it is not the best in the past 30 years.

 

I am trying to think of people who used it better and overall effectiveness i dont know who could throw it better than JMM. The thing is he throws is so precise from inside and also OUTSIDE. It is very hard to throw a precise upprcut from the outside like that. Actually its damn foolish because u leave yourself very open if u miss. JMM does not have that problem at all because he lands them at will.

Anyone have someone else in mind that has the most effective uppercut???

Ricardo Lopez was better in my opinion.

 

I don't know about 30 years, but he might has the best uppercut and also be the best combination puncher in the game today.
