Lots of revisionist history in this thread by fans of all three fighters.

stop falling into the trap of the last victory syndrome.

in his prime, jmm had losses to john and pac.
mab had losses to jones and pac.
em had losses to pac and mab but has a victory over both.

One day someone will do 4 kings part 2: Morales, Marquez, Barerra and Pacquaio. A shame not everyone fought each other.

The only fighter that clearly beat Marquez was Mayweather, And that was at a weight he didnt belong in.:deal

I'm undecided on how I rank all three, but I think Marquez now clearly has the most impressive single performance of the three. Whether he has the resume depth to overtake Barrera and Morales is of course another question.

Looking at records without conforming to the narratives of boxing hype and media, there's certainly a case for it.

Well, one thing's for sure. JMM had to do the dirty work, got dropped 3 times and had to adapt on the spot to set the blueprint for Morales to beat Pac.:deal

all three are equal in my book. the only problem for marquez is that he got his big fights way late into his career in comparison to barrera and morales......

    above Morales but not Barrera

for me Barrera was clearly the best of the three while Morales was the worst. I can accept Marquez being higher than Barrera though
