Yes. I he KO'd a top 154 pounder in Cintron, beat a top P4P fighter and top MW in Paul Williams, then beat up the 11 pounds heavier No. 1 MW Kelly Pavlik to become the champ at the weight.

 

I had him on there before and lot of the posters here talked ****, that i had Martinez too high, I just couldnt see putting Williams above Maravilla when i had him winning by 3 points. Dont want to hear no more talking smack about Martinez when i rank him high, but Imo there has to be some reshuffling Hopkins must come down and Dawson up by default.
