he looked small compared to lemieux? when i seen the pictures of them sparring together. he certaintly wouldnt be the most amazing feat ever for him to move up in weight like Jones Jnr and Pac etc but at 36 and wanting to fight Pac and Floyd i cant blame him.

not only money obviously rep and casual fans arent going to worry about the complexities of cutting weight and rehydrating. they just know its the guy that beat Mayweather or that other guy that beat Pac(!)

No I want Floyd vs Sergio at 154 and I expect Floyd to sin, but when I read that **** from Sergio's team, I just had to call them out on it. And Sergio is my favourite current Latino fighter after Marquez

That would be an awesome fight, Martinez would be bigger but floyd is gifted so I would want to see him fight a Good big man!

Floyd would get major props if he beats martinez!!

That's because of the quality at 168 - not the weight. You had Calzaghe reigning the division for years, now you've got Froch, Ward, Kessler, Bute and co ruling the division, it's the most loaded and skillful division out.

If he barks about a guy at 147 not wanting to fight him at 155 but won't go from 160 to 168 - it's hypocrisy. It's just an example of a guy wanting the money rather than the fight.

He doesn't want to fight the skillsets at that weight, basically.

The fact that ***** Sergio is begging for a Manny or Floyd fight instead of establishing himself at 160, something he never did at 154, tells me all I need to know about that *****.

That's pretty much what I'm saying also. I didn't want to call them hypocrites, but that's what they're looking like. The offer Bernard made to Sergio sounds ridiculous, but it's almost the equivalent to the one he's offering to Pac and Floyd.

I look at the B-Hop offer as a shot at greatness, B-Hop is offering him a chance to accomplish a rare feat and go outside himself and prove greatness, he declines and runs away, even though I'm sure he would get a career payday against B-Hop and not drain himself, and he runs away.

It also points out his hypocrisy, how can he call out Floyd and Manny, then run away when the same is done to him.

Well! Sergio and his team are looking for a big pay day. He's now 36 years old already.

yeah it looked like a nice act by Bernard to give him his shot. Larry and B Hop kinda presented it like "Hey Sergio, we know you're avoided and looking and deserve a payday, so Bernard is offering you and a shot at greatness"

I sat there excited to see what his response would be and I got disappointed after hearing it

But he is clearly bigger than Floyd and Manny who are 147 fighters, while he is a 160 lineal champ who has only faced 1 MW since taking the title from drunk Pavlik.

If manny and floyd were super middles im sure sergio would want to go up and fight them! It all comes down to money, sergio has been in the game for a while now and he wants a big pay day! I dont blame him..
