Not really a weakness, but he's got average punching power.

How's an opponent take advantage of those things, GT, when no one can get through his defense with more than one punch at a time.

I believed Floyd punching power is underrated. IMO, he doesn't punch in full force because he try not to break his hand. Like the TS said, he has brittle hands.

They can't, Cotto, Margarito, Pacquiao and Paul Williams couldn't even get in the ring with the guy.

The only obvius "weakness" he has is concentration?? especially within the first 3-4 rounds of any particular fight. After this he gets into his rhythym and the ball game changes for the better for him. Just sayin:rasta

i dont think concentration is one of his weaknesses at all not even close.....maybe slow ad******g or slow starter.....that's not him being unconcentrated though.

Not really. His punch output isn't a flaw because we have seen him throw 5-6 punch combos.

If you got decent handspeed and your not the smaller man , you can get through. De La Hoya did it ... Judah did it , etc. Southpaws will have an easier time with Floyd. But basically Floyd will eat up any orthodox fighters who are smaller/slower then him. They just can't keep up. If your the same size or bigger and you got handspeed, and ur clever enough you can box with him. Castillo did it and he's slow. Hoya did it but he wasn't consistent enough. Floyd's biggest hole is that he never puts punches together. He throws the same 2 or 3 shots ad nauseum, and covers up behind the shoulder. If you study tapes of him you'll know exactly what to expect ... the issue is the speed.
