    Let's not forget boxing was much more of a brawl back then guys were cruder what's Wlads excuse with all his hugging in this day and age ?

    Johnson did it a lot man. A lot. But back then the rules kind of permitted dirty boxing. The rules have changed since then. But neither man has gone completely against the rules and lets not forget refs discretion.
