its always the 1-2 does he not throw combinations out of fear of getting caught? In you're view can he throw more?
You clearly missed the point of the thread you already went in a somewhat defensive mode i just asked could he throw more i did not asking anything about him being undefeated.atsch
And you missed my point. You throw enough punches to win a fight, everything else is irrelevant. He COULD fight hopping on one leg, but would it help him win?
I know Ortiz made him throw combinations. Even when he had Canelo on the ropes he threw pitty patty shots just to score points. He even hurt Maidana in the rematch but packed off after landing a few shots.
Didnt this ****** make a similar thread yesterday? 'Why doesnt Mayweather go toe to toe' Someone take this **** to the local boxing gym, even for just one hour
you answered your own question. Could he throw more than two punches? Of course he could. He chooses not to as the punches he does throw land and hit the target. If he wasn't so accurate he would indeed need to throw more combination and hope some would land.:deal
I'm sure he'd take the opportunity to throw combinations if it presented itself. Maidana made him work in the first fight so we saw a more aggressive Floyd. Ortiz made him work more too.
In his prime he was all about combinations. Obviously as he moved up in weight and got older he throws just enough to outland and score points over opponents.
He used to, he's 38 now, he can't do as much as he used to. That's what happens to past his prime fighter like him.
He still finds openings well and lands but his legs ain't the same, they can't carry him to follow up on his punches like they used to.
