Paul Williams and Miguel Cotto are two other guys who don't watch tape of their opponent. Pacquiao supposedly didn't watch film until recently.

If there is some little habits or quick thing to know about a fighter hes got the uncle to tell him that ****... I dont think he waste time watching different style he already knows ALOT about.

    I don't believe that for a second.

You're in training camp for 2 months and not watching a single tape of the guy you're supposed to fight?~!?!?!

    Not even remotely believable.

But why is it not believable? If your trainer is breaking down the tape and implementing a strategy during camp, why does the fighter need to watch film? Now if no one was watching any film, that's a problem. However, Roger does watch film. If he's taking note of the opponent's weakness and relaying that info. to his nephew, there's no reason for Floyd to watch film.

For instance, right before Mayweather went into the ring with N'Dou his uncle told him that N'Dou leaves his arm out after jabbing and that his pull counter would be effective. Now Floyd knows how to execute a pull counter, and when he's in the ring he can assess when the time is to execute the manuver. His uncle is telling him to look out for it, it's not like it's impossible for him to pull it off unless he watches the guy on film himself.
