Like I said it was a bs stoppage but forget a rematch, It was one sided fight, I Know you are both Irish and therefore big fanboys of McCloskey.

    FAAAR from it.

BTW i didn't say anything about a rematch, i said i wanted to see the fight go on and come to a decisive conclusion.

In that case i completely agree with you the stoppage was a disgrace and it should have continued. No doubt about that whatsoever.

I know there is no chance of a rematch.

Now, as I said earlier if the sport was governed properly and things were done fairly, if everyone is in agreement that the stoppage was bull**** then a rematch should be given.

I dont for one second expect it, i'm just saying there is an injustice of sorts here.

And no I am not a fanboy. I had Amir Khan down to win before the fight.

In honesty I was pleased it was over when they stopped it, Amir running round flailing his hands like a mad man hitting nothing and looking like a complete amateur, his opponent doing **** all for the whole fight seemingly taking joy in making Amir look stupid rather than actually throwing a punch and for all but one punch when he did, they would have needed to take a bus to Amir's face they were that far away.

Awful, awful fight and I was glad when it was over.
