    That's true, also, unlike the K-bros, no one considered Tyson to be exciting.

    on one hand you have a convicted ******, ear biter, serious fouler in the ring

    then on another you have the youngest hw champ ever, fearsome and dominating in the ring before jail, had great skills

    i dnt know know the exact criteria for the ibhof but if its on ring acomplishments then yes absoloutley but alot of people turn a blind eye to the bad stuff tyson did

    Not to mention the biggest draw of his era...by miles. And P4P the best fighter in the world in '87 and '88.

    Tyson is an ATG heavyweight. The HoF list is below him, his achievements.

    Of course, yes.
    It isn't questionable.
    He has made boxe bigger and more world-wide, he has increased the popularity of the game and he has made us all dream with some of his fantastic beatdowns he put up.
    Also his entire history is interesting and fascinating.
    Of course, there are tons of dark shadows on him.
    The **** story, the drug sessions in front of his daughters, the stealing, the losses, etc.;
    But one thing that is irrefutable, is his all of famerness.
    If not him, who?
    He's the most popular and spectacular boxer ever so far.
    He had a singular aura on him on his hey days.

    Jesus Christ there are lesser men than Tyson in the HOF. Tyson is up there with the very best fighters that ever lived, even if he was half the fighter he would still deserve to be in there.
