The weights make that unlikely not the skill level. If Hatton, Cotto or Margarito dropped down to 126 or so they'd get knocked the hell out. Hatton has no head movement or defense. Cotto is easy to hit as well and comes straight forward. Margarito has no head movement and comes straight forward.

PACQUIAO comes straight foward and has limited head movement and while I admit Pacquiao has speed, power, explosiveness, excellent footwork, and attacks from all different angles, he can't fight backing up, he doesn't move his head, he gets sloppy toward the later rounds, he has low ring IQ, and he has no plan B.

Nope, but I really did suspect. I saw some threads about that but I didn't mind at all cause I don't visit very often anyway.

I got no problems with the Pacquiao hate. But I just had the feeling it's not just Pacquiao himself, it's the style as well, along with nationalities, race, rivalries, etc. and many more can come out from the hate. And yes, the fans themselves could also be the problem with that.

Either way, there is no problem with the hate. It's what the fans prefer or not. But sometimes it can't be helped not to think that some guys just clearly hate with certain agendas.

He mainly looks bad against Marquez, and that's because Marquez is a very good, smart boxer who knows Pac inside out. He knows his favourite combinations, his favourite 'duck' feint, the distance and lateral movement needed to make him fall short and fall into counters, etc.

I prefer Donaire's style, but Pac has skill of his own.

look at the gif above. a smart fighter would just step towards his left and counter the forward push of pac. result: buzzed pac. but there is only one who could muster that feat against a mobile and fast devil: juan manuel marquez, who fought him like the US-USSR cold war.

Defense: Donaire. Not applicable to Pac cause he ain't a defensive boxerer.
Combiantionacquiao obviously.
Competition engaged; Pacquiao hands down he fought the biggest, strongest, most skilled boxers eg morales and Marquez. lol at darchinyan.

Overall Pacquiao hands down!! no question about it.

Definitely. Fans nowadays think unless you wave your upper body around or sport a philly shell, you have no defense.

Yeah Pacman has great counter punching ability, it's overlooked because he's always the one starting the punching.

I'd say yes, but Donaire seems to forget about using his skills and just goes with power at times. Pacquiao is way more dynamic
