Does Nonito Donaire Need A New Trainer?

I think its a bit late to make drastic changes. hes 29 and for 10 years been like this. Its just now that he isnt much bigger then his opponents hes slightly struggling. He should work with mayweather sr though

Vazquez was strong. Nonito looked dominant against guys that couldnt take his power (Montiel, Sydorenko) at 118. But at 122, its a different story.

If you watch the fight with Concepcion (who came in overweight) you get a clue as to how Nonito's power would have fared against a 122 pounder.

Nonitos wont translate above 122 IMO.

i see Nonito get hit a lot worse in previous fights, so i dont know why people are so surprised that he got hit. Who the hell made this kid out to be some sort of defensive wizard when he's not

clearly he still belongs in the top 5 P4P, i cant name anyone ahead of him that deserves to. (unless you think the Klits do)

 

He is 29... & is what he is.
The higher the weight class the bigger the opponents.
(They won't collapse like the smaller guys)
