Does Ortiz try to use his hair as a weapon?

    OK this may sound daft and i could be way off with this but i noticed it in the berto fight when he ws getting inside he was keep rubbing his hair in berto's eyes and numerous times in that fight i noticed berto blinking and rubbing his eyes, Then same again the other night rubbing his hair on floyd's eyes then a failed headbutt attempt in round 2, then obviously used his head in rd 4
    my questions are this does he use some kind of substance on his hair, and if so would it cause problems for the opponent?
