What are Oscar's chances with Floyd Sr. in his corner? Oscar looked very flat footed and tense during the last fight. He did not employ speed as well as he did in other recent fights. He got rid of the jab early. His whole gameplan seemed to be to fight Mayweather against the ropes, wear him down with a continual assault on body, pressure him ala Castillo. The problem; this is not his natural style and he looked very uncomfortable. How much of this was Roach and how much of it was his own inability to adapt? I think he has a better chance under Floyd Sr. but 147 worries me. What are your thoughts? No use griping about the fight happening as it will happen whether we like it or not.

Mayweather's judges have already filled out their cards. Oscar needs a knockout to get a draw!

Which is Farmboxer's way of saying he doesn't like Mayweather. I mean it's obvious that the judges were biased for PBF in the first fight, giving DLH a split decision in a fight he was outlanded in and simply outboxed.

Oscar has a shot in ANY fight, regardless of who trains him.

Floyd would have to be the favourite again, moreso second time around.

And it's HIGHLY unlikely that any judges are bought in a top level fight. The possibility of it getting out is far too great, with all the consequence that would entail (legacy, jail etc.)

There's no scarcity of competence issues with judges, though.

Mayweather is gonna win...then he'll fight Cotto and beat him....and he'll be in the top ten of all time. I'm afraid thats the truth.

I had Floyd winning by a round or two last time, i thought it was close, when De la Hoya jabbed he kept Mayweather under control but ran out of stamina.

The thing is De la Hoya has never had the best endurance tank, it was good but as he has aged it's obviously become worse and he wont be any better than he was last time, and Floyd will win once again i believe!

Nope it will only be round 13 where floyd has figured Oscar out IMO, and based on the fact that Oscar nolonger has a second and third gear, working with Sr he might be able to get into to second.
All in all I see Oscar catching a good whoopin this time around.

Oscar will be older and PBF is the smartest fighter in the game. Give a boxing genius like PBF a second time against you and you're ****ed.

I have no doubt that he would beat Cotto.

    Cotto should fight Mayweather.
