    No it wouldn't have. :patsch

    Are you kidding me?

Are you not considering the huge difference in natural size?

Clottey was never anything special to begin with so stop it. The guy didn't even show up on fight night and was just happy to be there he didn't try. Pac deserves credit for fighting him sure he did what he had to do but don't act as if this was some great win because it clearly wasn't.

I personally think it was his most impressive win given Clottey's record and size.

Of course it would, Pacquiao was the 1/10 favourite going into this one and nobody gave Clottey much of a hope, when was the last time someone that heavily favoured lost?

All you've got to cling on to is Clottey's size, being a bigger man was all he had apart from a peekaboo defense while being hugely outclassed in all other departments.

I posted it on here before the fight, I'll try and dig it out.

No he wouldn't. Clottey doesn't throw punches and tries to counter out of his guard. He's not going to be out-countering Floyd. The fight would have a low volume of punches thrown with Floyd outclassing Clottey easily.

As for the thread, of course Pacquiao "deserves credit". He got a win. The fight played out exactly as I predicted pre-fight, as Clottey doesn't throw punches. It's a decent win.

Clottey has talent to land on anyone. His problem is he gets outworked. PBF is a low output guy himself. I think it would be a 8-4ish fight.

The problem is, how is Clottey going to actually WIN any rounds? I can't see Clottey actually winning a round. He's not going to outthink Floyd, out-counter Floyd, out-wait Floyd, etc.. There's just no scenario in which I see him dictating a round. To make matters worse for Clottey, he has no power, so it's not like he could land a game-changing shot.
