i've seen post that if pac doesn't fight floyd, he's ducking him. pac imo, is currently a natural lightwelter, therefore not oblige to fight the big boys. if he chooses to fight them, it's a bonus to us boxing fans. it's not ducking if he chooses not to fight them. discuss

Pac has many options right now. He doesn't need to fight mayweather but that is the biggest money fight for him. I believe pac can get 15-20 million if he fights floyd. We all know pac loves money so i can see this fight happening if the price is right.

Everyone loses if this fight doesn't happen.

Beating Ricky Hatton (the way he beat him) is a proof that he is a great boxer. Fighting Floyd Mayweather and beating him will definitely put him in the TOP 10/20 ATG.

In my opinion though he doesn't need to fight Mayweather. He can fight Cotto or Mosley instead. That will put cement his legacy.

yeah, i agree, but you cannot call it ducking if he chooses not to. suddenly after he demolished hatton, people are obliging him to fight the welters? :-(

What's with all these reasons for Pacquiao to not fight PBF? First Arum, Roach, now some fans!

Well, he needs to prove he can defeat a fighter that does not come straight at him. I would not say JMM fights were real proof of that.

Nyob Zoo, Pac doesn't need to fight Mayweather. Cotto or Mosley will do as good for his legacy.

what's wrong with my post? floyd is bigger than pac, right? floyd campaigns at welter, not at jww. what's your answer to my question, is it ducking or not?

He needs to fight him, who else is going to bust that face up but Pac or WWs, which he wont fight. So Pac gets that job. Win or lose, just bust him up.

To all Pac fans: you better wish Pac fights Floyd, its a low risk high reward fight,
he aint getting hurt and if he loses hed lose a decision and maybe look good in losing.

He fights Mosley or Cotto at 147, Im not saying anything put theres a good chance hed get seriously hurt.

don't get me wrong dude, i also want this fight to happen. but saying that it's ducking if he doesn't fight pbf is unfair.

I didn't say it's ducking. But the fight is the one fight that needs to happen. It's what fans want most. I just don't want trainers, promoters to screw this up.
