obviously there's none since team pac wasn't able to force jmm in a rematch 5th fight

was it pac so confident of a victory that he didn't imposed a rematch clause in the 4th fight?

Enough with the rematches, JMM closed that chapter when he put Manny to sleep. In any case Manny is still susceptible to overhand rights, Timmy landed big overhands on him, and so did Algieri. I worry for his health if the rematch does happen.

well even with being ko'ed cold, it's not a secret that team pac is pursuing a 5th fight. jmm seems not keen of doing it. i dunno why. jmm's ambition is to get a 5th division title (the 1st mexican to do it if ever). pac has that title but jmm is hesitant to get that title/belt from pac

Marquez knows that if he doesn't knock Pac out he's not getting the decision. Why give the man a chance at redemption when he got f-ed over at least twice already?

jmm has pac's number, he can ko pac again in the 5th fight and at the same time get the accolade he's eagerly aiming for, a title in his 5th weight division. the 1st mexican boxer to achieve that if ever

He actually beat him the fight before...and got flat out robbed. The odds are never good when you know going in you have to KO a guy to get a fair win. They should both move on.

i can't comprehend if jmm continue to fight on to get that title in his 5th weight division and not trying to get it from pac.

does he plan to get it from kell brook (ibf 147 champ) or from floyd (wbc/wba 147 champ)? why not from pacquiao (wbo 147 champ)?

Marquez is tired of fighting Pacquiao. After such a definitive victory, why would he want to re-open this up? Heck, I'm tired of Marquez-Pacquiao and I ain't even one of them!
Marquez has already solidified and proven his level of skill. Maybe he wasn't as popular as Morales or Barrera but he has "done it" with the Pacquiao KO and has no more need to put himself through such a grueling fight a FIFTH TIME.
Can we stop the Marquez-Pacquiao V talk now?

Everyone with a brain in this forum keeps repeating it to you, Marquez needs to KO Pacquiao to win, what dont you get about that?

Arum never added a rematch clause in the contract because he just assumed Pacquiao would see the final bell so the pre-filled scorecards could be read.

Under these conditions its not in Marquez' best interest to enter into a 5th fight with Pacquiao unless he recieves parity financially.

A fifth fight would do nothing for their legacies. Each time they fight it's always a gamble, slightly favoring Marquez.

There are better fights to be made for them both.

if jmm continues to fight on, there's always that talk for pac-jmm 5 specially that pac has that title he's aiming for. he tried it with bradley but unfortunately he failed. why don't he try it again with pac? he's been successful with pac in the past.

unless jmm retires, he has a good boxing career already

so what's your opinion on jmm's ambition of a title in his 5th weight division which is his motivation to continue fighting?

do you favor jmm getting it from kell brook or floyd? why not pac? he can definitely ko pac again, isn't it?
