Does Pacquiao need to beat a slick, African-American fighter to prove he is the best?

Calling Pac a PEDs cheat only adds to his legacy. "What he's doing is so unbelievable he must be on PEDs" without any documentable proof... ZERO. PEDs accusations are a haters last grasp at denial of this modern day great.

Pacquiao doesn't need to face anyone else as he's proven he can retire after he beat Cotto imo. BTW, testing doesn't catch EVERYTHING people lol. I can't lie, it would be nice if Pacquiao-Mayweather were to happen but I understand if it doesn't.

Pac is already the best fighter of this era, no question! Pac fighting and beating Floyd is just the key for him entering the top Top 5-10 of the ATG list.

    Where are the Black Americans?

    Pac > Margo > Johnson
    Pac > Clottey >Judah
    Pac > Cotto > Mosley/Judah/Corley
    Pac > Hoya > Forbes/Coley/Carr
    Pac > Marquez > Gainer
    Pac > Barrera > Kelley
    Pac > Morales > Kelley/Jones

Testing doesn't catch everything, but why would a clean person not test?

If you had no evidence of your wife/girl cheating and she said she wasn't and a gameshow asked her to do a lie detector test and she refused what would you think?

Agree 100%. I have the same gripes with Manny and his legacy. He's a great fighter. But, the double standards and the over-hyping, make me look at things with a more critical eye.

Yes...I do feel he needs to overcome a style he has NEVER faced, in a 57 fight career. A slick and cagey style that will be able to exploit his glaring tactical flaws, etc. Otherwise, he will be the greatest fighter who has never faced this style, in my eyes. And if he's gonna quiet the doubters it should be against a fighter of his time, who embodies that style...Floyd. I feel he should take the test...shut MF's up...take Floyd out (if he can)...and ride off into the sunset. I will have no problem saying he is the best of this era, and up there, in terms of his ATG status. He would've beaten the best possible opponent in his era, and left no doubts of how it was accomplished. Just like all the other "Greatest" fighters have. Any other "Greatest" talk is premature, IMO.

I think Manny still could accomplish more in his career. nothing to do with race. I feel there is plenty of young talent and names out there that he could face and styles make fights. Plenty of top 140 guys in their prime and even at 147 and 154 that are hungry for stardom. That's when Manny could take it to another level by defeating young hungry lions like Berto, Bradley, or even a Williams. That right there will def beat a Margarito who's been in plenty of wars or a Clottey name or even a Cotto who was very distracted and unfocus.

I don't date/marry or go on gameshows so that wouldn't happen. To answer your question, I would confront her and ask her myself. The world doesn't need to know our business.

They are still trying to make a fight with Mayweather and Mayweather is the greatest slick fighter of this era. Was there anyone they could have fought before him?, no.

Mosley isn't a "slick" boxer. He's a power boxer. He overpowers his opponents with speed and a solid chin.

Berto isn't a slick boxer either.

Floyd is a slick African-American boxer.

Pac has nothing to prove!! He already fought the 3 best mexicans. Fighting the best welter was just extra greatness.

Floyd needs to prove a lot. He hasnt fought a Prime fighter since Castillo.
