    Cheers, bud.

    I know it sounds like I'm moaning...well, I am...lol.

But, what I mean is, it all starts to get on my tits after a while.

Does anyone think Pac can actually win?

An obvious factor, I think, could the height and reach difference.

    Then the age, fitness, etc...

Spence can be pretty relentless when he's firing, can Pac ride that for 12 rounds?

Will Manny show us some magic and box like he's 10 years younger?

Can his speed and movement trouble Spence?

Logic says there can only be a Spence victory...surely?

Its really simple. Manny could pick numerous easier name opponents and cash out. He's a legend.
Really he could have 3/4 fights and milk it and cash out.
But he picks the most serious challenge in Spence.
It's like he's saying I'm the best and if you are going to continue on your path to becoming the best(Spence) then your going to have to go through me (Manny).
It's the passing of the torch.

And their is the genius of the marketing of this fight and what makes it very interesting: what if Manny turns the hands of time back one more time? He did it in the Thurman fight.
Your so intrigued by that as a fan that you don't want to take an actually chance of missing that possibility that you will by the pay per view.

    Spence SHOULD win but......

    Curry should have beat Honeyghan.
Tyson was suppose to crush Douglas.
Nunn was suppose to beat Toney.

Boxing is littered with upsets in its history.
What we know of Pac is he isn't a quitter and he ALWAYS tries to win.
Spence looks like an immovable force with a great body attack.
But can he deal with hand speed AND power that Manny will bring ?
Can Manny keep up the pace needed to keep Spence at bay?
How will Manny handle Spences body attack and can Spence deal with Mannys angles?
Will age come in and claim Manny like so many others or will Manny slap age back for one night?$

If Pac doesn't get old overnight and the 2 year layoff somehow allowed his body to rest, heal, and maybe come back a little fresher, Spence is in trouble.

One thing is absolutely certain—Spence is getting dropped and/or hurt in this. EVERYONE gets hurt fighting Pac.

Years ago back when I was young their was this young man out of Jamaica making noise in the Jr.middleweight division.
Supposedly he was so good he was being avoided by other fighters. All he needed supposedly was a shot on a big network to show his skills.
So he gets a shot on HBO when at that time HBO was the biggest name in TV boxing.
He's matched up with a tough well conditioned fighter who while limited in skills is as game as they come.
So the fight starts and this boxer from Jamaica is as skilled as they say. He's jabbing. Going to the body moving smoothly TOTALLY out classing this guy.
And your like WOW this guy is a monster.
He's hitting this guy with everything and your just waiting for him to step on the gas and wrap it up.
Round 5 goes by. Then 6,7,8. And your thinking why is he letting this guy last?
Round 10. Then 11. Enter the 15th and final round in a fight in which he should have stopped this guy ROUNDS ago and any buzz you had about this kid has evaporated.
Know his name ? Mike MCcallum.
Its not just winning that makes you marketable. Its also HOW you win.
This is Spences MCcallum moment. To take the next step up he has to win impressively. And it can't be by decision.

    You’re actually ******ed.

Pac didn’t fight Thurman off a layoff, Lopez fought Thurman off a layoff.

Pac has been on a 2 year layoff now and is 43 ffs. When Pac took a small layoff after a brutal ktfo 6 and fought Rios coming back, Rios was the tuneup, Bradley came next. Did we say Pac was coming off ktfo 6 and a layoff?

How about Fury? He fought a tuneup then fought Wilder after a long layoff and heavy drugs. Why aren’t we going on about layoff?

How long is someone on a “layoff” status for after they come back?

You talk like Pac fought Thurman without Thurman having fought a tuneup. The whole point of tuneups is to clean the rust so you come in 100% for your next fight.

I don't think so. I think he believes that is just what a champion does. If you want to be the best then you have to fight the best and he thinks that it's beneath him to fight mma guys, kickboxers, and youtube stars.

He's not going to win, but he's not afraid to lose. He's taking the Roberto Duran route. Duran had no business fighting the likes of Camacho, Castro, and Joppy in his forties but he did it anyway. Pac probably gets TKO'd in 3 like Duran did against Joppy. He probably won't retire after that either. He's got the bug and if he can draw flies he'll continue to fight. Julio Cesar Chavez probably shouldn't have fought De La Hoya or Kostya Tszyu at his age, but these old guys get reckless.

Spence gains the same thing Floyd Mayweather did when he fought Pac. He gets the name on his record. Doesn't matter if he's old, injured, and a shell of his former self.
