I'm really not a Malignaggi fan and I can objectively say that he is a bona fide world class boxer at 140. IMO, he beat Juan Diaz both times and he can would be a test for any current pressure fighter at 140. The problem is that there's a big difference between a "test" and someone who can actually WIN. I see him as an elite level gate keeper at this point but he may surprise me tonight... :think
