Does punching power come from legs?

    Comparing boxing to golf. Putting everything in sinc. Except the golf ball isn’t moving, while your opponent is. You have to put yourself in position to punch and land. Not so easy.

    I think it's more nature fine tuning your technique helps but some people just hit hard

    punching is a dance not a step. youre body has to coordinate various movements that require individual strength from many parts of the body working together without interfering with each other. some people are just in tune with their body more naturally than others. some people can throw a 90mph fastball the first time they ever throw a baseball at a batter, or do a back flip, etc... technique is refining the fighters natural mechanics when punching, some need very little refinement, others need to be taught how to punch from the beginning.
