Does referee Kenny Bayless work for TMT?

I doubt he's tmt but Bayless and Floyd are definitely friends which is why he seems so biased in his reffing.

Yeah. I actually saw the specifics of his contracts. He gets paid commission rather than a flat fee. Every time he bails Floyd out of trouble he makes money. Every time he lets a foul slip he gets paid. I can't remember all the numbers but it was something like this.

resetting the match in the center of the ring the instant floyd clinches : 1k
point taken away from an opposing fighter: 5k
knockdown ruled as a slip: 20k until Floyds first *official* knockdown, 5k each after. Basically 20k each
