    In a word: no.

    Keep in mind that Marciano fought in 6 ounce gloves in most of his title fights. So in 12 ounce gloves, he wouldn't even have the power that he was known for having against guys who would be light heavies and cruisers today. That's before you even get to the massive size disadvantage he'd be facing against the bigger heavyweights.

    Of the current consensus top 20 heavies, I see him beating the current versions of Arreola and Tarver....which isnt saying a whole lot, but hey at least I'm being objective here. I'd also give him a fighting chance against a guy like Cunningham (light hitter who will trade) and Szpilka (undisciplined, no defense). All of the other top 20 heavies would maul him with size and skill alone.
